最近皮膚是越來越不好了，以前皮膚還是挺不錯的，現在隨著年齡的增加是越來越差了，可是姐姐的皮膚就一直非常好呀，而且也沒有見她平時都做什麽保養的，也是和我一起只是簡單的一些護膚品，我就打電話問了一下姐姐，姐姐說是以前她也不注意的，有一次發現自己的皮膚變得的有些粗了，她朋友就把膠原蛋白粉推薦給她，她就每天都在吃，皮膚就慢慢變好了，姐姐說她把膠原蛋白粉推薦給我，讓我也每天都吃一包，皮膚慢慢就會變好的

前段時間去朋友的新家看了一下，感覺朋友家裝修的真的太棒了，給人的感覺就是不一樣，朋友是一個非常的細心，而且對任務事物要求都特別高的人，所以他們家裝修出來的這種效力真的是一般人都做不到的，朋友他們家整個裝修建材都是綠建材，非常的環保健康，而且我喜歡的是他們家的木地板，給人的感覺非常的高端大氣上檔次，讓房子裏整個佈局都顯得特別的有品味。所以我就想等我以後買了房子我也要像朋友家這麽的裝修，也用這種木地板。

朋友約我下午在我們公司樓下等一下她，剛好我們住的地方在同一個方向，她下班后過來找我，我們一起去吃個飯，聊聊天，再一起回去，下午下班后我就打電話問她到哪了，她說她已經快到我們公司樓下了，正準備給我打電話呢，讓我往下走呢，掛了電話，下去后我一看到她，感覺和以前不一樣了，再仔細一下，是頭髮變了，我問怎麼回事，她說前段時間她和朋友一起去做植髮了，我說做植髮了，一點也看不出來呀，就和自己的真頭髮沒有一點區別呢

嘿，我一起以爲我們來花蓮玩的時候老公只給我們訂了花蓮住宿飯店，我們玩了一天累的不行了，等我們來到老公訂的這個酒店的時候，我才知道原來老公訂的這個酒店叫花蓮住宿飯店，這樣好啊，剛好我們又累又餓的，吃飯和住宿一起，就不用那麽麻煩的，于是我們就先去房間裏看了一下，住宿環境非常的好，我們都很喜歡，後來去花蓮住宿飯店吃了個晚餐，更讓我開心的是他們這的美味非常的多，好多的吃的我還沒吃呢，就把我吃撐了。真的太過瘾了。

跟朋友去做了一個油壓，覺得效果挺不錯的，自己就想下次約朋友還是去做油壓，晚上和朋友在一塊聊天的時候，我就給朋友講了下次去做油壓的事情，朋友告訴我上次跟我去做了油壓之后皮膚好多了，說她下次也還要去做油壓，之后我和朋友又聊了好多關于護膚的事情，我從朋友那里得了很多護膚的方法，就想著有時間就自己在家里試著做一下，也不用天天去美容院里面做護膚了，自己也可以學到更多的方法，有機會也可以給家里人做護膚。
