今天中午不想出去吃飯了，因為昨天晚上沒有休息好，今天早上起來眼睛都有些腫，一上午都感覺好累，中午同事叫一起出來吃飯的時候，我就說我不出去了，我要休息一會，讓幫忙給我外帶一份回來，同事就問我要吃什麽，我說隨便帶點就行，同事說好，完了就轉身出去了，沒有一會他們就回來了，我說怎麼這么快中，同事說他們想吃披薩，就去了沒想到裏面的人很多，位子都不夠，他就想著剛好我要外帶呢，就一起外帶回來吃算了

我跟朋友一塊學習英文現在已經學習有一段時間了，今天朋友告訴我說她準備去做一個英文檢定問我要不要跟她一塊去做這個英文檢定我就問朋友英文檢定是什麽意思朋友就給我講了很多關于英文檢定的事情最后我終於明白了我就告訴朋友我會去做英文檢定的，既然學習英文這么長一段時間了也該知道自己的英文水平了，做這個英文檢定對自己也有很大的幫助，朋友聽到我那樣講就說我跟她在做英文檢定之前好好的準備一下，相信一次就可以通過的。

每到夏天的時候我就會想盡各種減肥方法可是我堅持沒多久就放棄了，今天我去一個同學家里玩看到同學比以前瘦了很多我就問同學她現在在用什麽減肥方法同學就告訴我說她現在一直在用埋線減重這個減肥方法說是挺不錯的聽了同學講的埋線減重我就想試一下，同學就告訴我說是用這個埋線減重方法一定要堅持下去才會有明顯的效果，聽到同學那樣講我就告訴同學我現在看到她那么瘦了這次我一定會把堅持下去的我相信我用了埋線減重一定會減肥成功的。
