上個周末參加同學聚會的時候發現原來和我同班的那個小胖妞變得非常的瘦，我記得去年見她的時候她的體型還是和以前一樣，沒有現在這么瘦，聚會的其他同學也都發現了這個變化，紛紛要求她分享她的減肥經驗，她說她是通過中醫減肥瘦下來的，一開始她嘗試過很多方法，比如說是節食，還有抽脂，雖然說當時是有些效果可是后期反彈的都比較萬害，最後她也是聽她的同事說中醫減肥挺有效的，她就嘗試了下中醫減肥，堅持了一年時間到現在她的體型比原來好了很多，她自己也非常的高興。
